Coopers Brewery is the third largest brewery in Australia and the only major brewery that is still family owned and operated. Established in 1862 it is now run by the fifth generation of Coopers and employs 120 staff.

Specialising in the production of premium ales, stouts and lager, Coopers Brewery are also the world's largest producer of home brew concentrates and produces malt extract widely used in the food industry.
