The Grange Restaurant features one of Australia's most influential chefs, Cheong Liew, named ‘One worlds ten hottest chefs alive’ by American Food and Wine Magazine. Celebrating 12 years of gastronomic success, the relationship between The Grange and chef Cheong Liew has elevated Hilton food to the highest level and Cheong to celebrity status worldwide. The Grange was named Best Restaurant – Accommodation Division in the 2007 Australian Hotel Association Awards for Excellence.

The Brasserie celebrates South Australia’s best produce with its unique Seriously South Australian® cuisine. In a joint venture with the State’s providores, farmers and growers, The Brasserie showcases the true essence of South Australian flavour. The Brasserie’s support of local producers was recognised at the 2006 Premiers Food Awards, where it won the award for Service to the Industry. The Brasserie is led by Executive Chef Simon Bryant who co-stars in the ABC’s ‘The Cook and the Chef’ with food icon Maggie Beer.
