Conditions of entry
The following terms and conditions apply to all entrants.
- Closing date for entries is 5 pm Friday 23 July 2010. No late applications will be accepted.
- Applications will only be accepted via the online forms available on the website.
- Applicants must meet all entry criteria as outlined under each Award category.
- Applicants who become finalists (except Visionary Leader Award) must agree to host the judging panel at an on-site interview and may be required to provide further documentation.
- Business contact details will be made available to naming right sponsors.
- Media releases will be distributed to all media. Media may request interviews and photographs of winners and finalists and their business or products.
- Acknowledgement of applications will be by letter, email or telephone.
- All applications are treated with the strictest confidence.
- The Government of South Australia reserves the right to use non-confidential details and/or photographs for publicity purposes pertaining to the Awards.
- The Government of South Australia reserves the right to make any changes or final decisions regarding the Awards.
