What happens after I enter?

After entry, your written application will be assessed by the judging panel based on your commitment to quality, business performance and excellence. The judging panel will ensure each business meets the criteria and score each application.

You may then be short listed and selected as a finalist and contacted for an interview. The interview provides your business with the opportunity to support your written application to the judging panel through discussion, tour of premises and provision of supporting documentation. Following the interviews, the judging panel will select a winner with all finalists announced.

The Award winners will be announced at the Awards presentation gala dinner on Friday 14 November 2008 at the Adelaide Showground. Finalists will be presented on stage by the sponsor of the Award category and the winners announced. Winners may make a speech of up to one minute.

Feedback on your business and application can be provided following the conclusion of the Awards program upon request.

*Please note that the finalist interviews for the KPMG Young Leader Award will be held at PIRSA, 101 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, and the San Remo New Product Award does not require an on-site interview.
