Voice Over…..shots Goyder Pavilion 15 sec

This years awards have a green growth theme so the Goyder Pavilion is the perfect new home for the Premiers Food Awards gala dinner. This complex is all about being environmentally friendly and is full of green initiatives

On Camera interview Michelle 45 sec
So much so that behind us are are 3.5 million litres of rain water.
And continuing on that theme, Michelle, I understand on the night, the dinner will be carbon neutral as well

Content of Michelle’s Answer
With the theme of ‘Growth’ the Goyder Pavilion will be transformed into a unique and earthy environment.
I know that the Event Coordinator has ensured this theme will be reflected in every aspect of the night from the choice of our venue through to the menu and even the crockery. There has also been more environmentally friendly printing, lighting and electricity compared to other years, therefore reducing our emissions and the event will be carbon neutral.

Some of South Australia’s leading food producers – from every corner of the state – have been named as finalists in this year’s Premier’s Food Awards.
Businesses such as B.-d. Farm Paris Creek, Beerenberg, Robern Menz and Richard Gunner’s Fine Meats [use footage from 07] will all be anxiously awaiting the announcement of the winners at this year’s Awards presentation gala dinner by celebrity chef host, Mark Olive.

Kris, the food is going to be green as well, so is that just a case of leaving it in the fridge for a few days like I do.

Content of Kris’s answer
Yes Ali the menu itself is a who’s who of local food producers and this year the 5 course spectacular has been exclusively designed by Simon Bryant from the Hilton Adelaide along with Simon Camp from on-site caterers, Michael O’Brien Catering.

It is based around the Hilton Adelaide’s Seriously South Australian concept and supports sustainable, ethical local producers.

Simon Bryant has taken the environmental theme to heart and used some of the states best food products and designed a menu which features organic and bio dynamic produce from Beach Organics, Four Leaf Milling, Lifestyle Bakery, Orgo as well as the B.-d. Farm Paris Creek cheese plate [on table].

Ali & Kris 20sec
Doesn’t sound exactly like steak and three veg.

Kris
Ali imagine an ‘Earth Entrée’ with Ferguson’s lobster presented on bio-degradable plates surrounded by the light of hundreds of bees wax candles. Not only will it taste spectacular it will look spectacular as well.
