The Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED) is the South Australian Government’s key agency for economic and industry development.
 
DTED leads the South Australian Government’s efforts to attract investment, drive competitiveness and build industry capability to create value chains from major projects. It does this in partnership with the State and Federal Governments, industry, representative associations and other stakeholders.

DTED is a strong supporter of the South Australian food industry, administering key funding programs accessible to the agriculture and horticulture sectors including the Regional Development Infrastructure Fund and Riverland Sustainable Futures Fund.
