B.-d. Farm Paris Creek is an integrated biodynamic business operating a dairy farm and processing premises. Beginning in 1988, they provide dairy products with no artificial colours or flavours and a property managed with no commercial insecticides, fungicides or antibiotics. Exporting to six countries and with 45 staff, B.-d. Farm Paris Creek produce biodynamic/organic milk which is then value added into flavoured milks, quark, yogurts, butter, cream and soft and hard cheeses.

From their raw milk, they produce and market a wide range of value added products including milk, naturally flavoured milk, quark, naturally flavoured yoghurt, soft and hard cheeses. From ensuring the health and well being of their cows to keeping their products as close to natural as possible with any flavourings or additives also coming from organic producers and by keeping processing to a minimum, they meet their consumer needs in terms of producing quality, healthy, natural products in as natural a way as possible using environmentally sustainable practices. In terms of value adding, this company not only produces a wide range of products but it also value adds at every stage along the chain. From providing the training and resources to it’s farmers to ensure their milk supplies come from biodynamic organic farms to delivery to their customers.
