The business has an open door management style, innovative human resources program and a low staff turnover rate to show for its work. Robern Menz began in 1908 and today employs over 70 staff, manufacturing dried and glace fruit, fruit snacks, and chocolate and sugar confectionery.

The constructive management/staff relationship is supported and further developed by integrated training across all facets of the business. Staff are encouraged to be involved in innovation, practice improvement and management decisions. The business has a very stable workforce which is testament to the existing environment.
